So I'm entering my 9th quarter this June and the time has gone by so fast! I started my Culinary journey June 2012 and I will be done by the end of this year!! Not only am I pursuing a Culinary Arts degree but I'm also going for my Bachelor's in Hospitality Management and I can't believe that my journey is coming to an end. I'm so grateful that I have met not only great, lifelong friends but I'm even more grateful for the staff and chefs that I have met along the way. I have learned so much that will forever be embedded in my memory! Not only have my skills pleased my family, but I have made so many of my friends and family's day by cooking or baking them something delicious that they talk about and even request for me to make for their special occasions. It hasn't been an easy journey since I am married with children and was working full time but it's been well worth it! If I had to do it all over again, I definitely would with no questions asked!
